PURPOSE: A mobile service system and a service method using the same are provided to reduce the rental fee of the mobile address for a mobile contents or service provider by using a mobile address for a single period through the usage of a wink extension number. CONSTITUTION: A wink extension number generator(130) generates and manages a wink extension number. When a signal for allocating the wink extension number is inputted, a control unit(120) allocates the wink extension number automatically or manually generated in the wink extension number generating unit to a service provider. The control unit controls the use period of the wink extension number by the service provider.
