In a boiling step, a blood of the beef is removed in cold water for 3 hours. The beef is dipped in purified water mixed with pear extract and Perilla frutescens juice. In a manufacturing step of the seasoning sauce, the sauce is manufactured by mixing the purified water 92.5 weight%, Chungju 2.8 weight%, soy sauce 1.5 weight%, anchovy 0.6 weight%, Laminaria japonica 0.3 weight% and vegetables etc.
