PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for beef boiled in soy sauce(beef jangjorim) is provided to make food which is easy to eat at home by wrapping boiled beef and seasoning sauce separably without boiling down the beef and the seasoning sauce. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for beef boiled in soy sauce(beef jangjorim) includes the following steps: boiling beef; manufacturing seasoning sauce; and wrapping the boiled beef and the seasoning sauce in a different pack. In a boiling step, a blood of the beef is removed in cold water for 3 hours. The beef is dipped in purified water mixed with pear extract and Perilla frutescens juice. In a manufacturing step of the seasoning sauce, the sauce is manufactured by mixing the purified water 92.5 weight%, Chungju 2.8 weight%, soy sauce 1.5 weight%, anchovy 0.6 weight%, Laminaria japonica 0.3 weight% and vegetables etc.
