PURPOSE: A solenoid valve is provided to minimize changes in stroke of a plunger and a core by connecting the body to the fixed position of the cap. CONSTITUTION: A solenoid valve comprises a cap(10), a body, a yoke, a bobbin, a core, a coil, a plunger, a plate spring, and a molding part. Coupling grooves(14) are formed on both lower sides of the cap where both sides of the body are inserted. The bobbin with a protrusion is installed in the inner circumference of the body. The top of the core is located in the upper side of the body and the bottom is projected to the bottom of the yoke. The coil is interposed between the body and the bobbin. The plunger moves straight with the electromagnetic force of the coil. The plate spring comprises a diaphragm and a flow channel. The molding part is over-molded on the top of the plate spring and between the circumference of the plate spring and the fluid channel in order to contact with the bottom of the cap. Projection pieces(31a,32a) of the yoke and flanges(41,42) of the body and the protrusion of the body and the coupling groove of the cap are coupled with a locking method.
