PURPOSE: A shaft fixing device is provided to reduce the time to secure a shaft by simplifying the fixing of a bearing in a receiving groove. CONSTITUTION: A shaft fixing device(100) comprises a bearing(200) and a support plate(300). A shaft(10) is fixed in the center portion of the bearing. The bearing has a first outer circumference of a first diameter and a second outer circumference of a second diameter smaller than the first diameter, wherein one or more surface grooves(232) are formed in the second outer circumference. The support plate has a receiving groove(310) accepting the bearing and a projection(330) which is formed at the entry of the receiving groove and coupled with the surface groove when the bearing is inserted in the accommodating groove. The bearing is rotated while accommodated in the receiving groove so that the surface groove is displaced and the bearing is fixed in the receiving groove by the projection.
