PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a honey-comb and a panel are provided to manufacture the honey-comb using a composite material frp with the excellent intensity, to form a pure frp panel by attaching a frp plate on the honey-comb, and to improve the heat insulation efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a honey-comb comprises the following steps: forming a panel(5) shaped like the 2, by inserting a glass fiber(1) and a resin(4) into molding frames(2,3); and adhering the panel to cross each other. Holes of the honey-comb is filled by pressing the honey-comb using a lower mold and an upper mold on both sides of the honey-com, and foaming foamed polyurethane through the holes. A frp panel is formed by spreading an adhesive to both sides of the honey-comb, forming a panel by pressing a lower frp plate and an upper frp plate, and foaming the foamed polyurethane through the holes on the frp upper plate.
