PURPOSE: A structure for installing a high voltage component at a vehicle is provided to sufficiently ensure the capacity of a cargo loading room through the efficient space usage when loading a high voltage component on a vehicle, by installing the high voltage component at the bottom of the cargo loading room of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A structure for installing a high voltage component at a vehicle comprises a receiving part(A) and a high voltage electronic unit(U). The receiving part is formed at the bottom of the vehicle body located at the rear cargo loading room(T) of a vehicle. The receiving part has a concave shape. The high voltage electronic unit is installed at the empty space of the receiving part. A high voltage component is installed at the receiving part. The corner of the receiving part at which a rear tire(20) is located has a R-shaped curved surface with a given curvature radius. The curvature radius of the R-shaped curved surface is 100mm or bigger.
