A MACHINE FOR FIXING S-SPRING TO A SEAT FRAME

PURPOSE: A spring tightening apparatus is provided to rapidly fix an S spring to a spring frame without manually fixing the S spring to the frame. CONSTITUTION: A spring tightening apparatus comprises: a spring fixing clamp(10) which is rotatable and fixed to the upper end of a fixed clamp support block(8) of a task balance(1); a S-spring(110) which is settled on a spring transfer block(70) which moves a spring transfer cylinder forward and backward; a spring frame which is fixed in a fixing block(40) of a jig base(7) of the task balance; and the spring transfer cylinder(50) which can move upward and downward and is fixed to the transfer assistant cylinder(80). A cylinder rod(81) of the transfer assistant cylinder shortens if the end part of the S-spring touches a return sensor(100) which is installed on the fixing block.
