PURPOSE: A method and a device for causing power using a seesaw principle are provided to unlimitedly generate renewable energy without pollution, and to easily install the device regardless of a place. CONSTITUTION: A device for causing power using a seesaw principle comprises a seesaw(2), a water tank(4), a water pressure tank(13) used for a piston, and a turbine(3). The seesaw is coupled to a seesaw frame(1). The water tank is installed in the left side of the seesaw. The water pressure tank is installed in the right side of the seesaw. The turbine is installed in the center of the seesaw.
