PURPOSE: A pad part of a LCD device is provided to form data pad contact hole of a plurality of sides and extend circumference of the data pad contact hole, thereby reducing contact resistance by increasing a contact area between a data pad electrode and a sub data pad electrode. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of pixel areas is defined by intersection of gate lines and data lines. A thin film transistor and a pixel electrode are formed at each pixel area. The pixel electrode is connected to the thin film transistor. A pad unit is installed for signal/output of gate lines and data lines. Two edges facing data pad contact hole(143) corresponding to both edges of a data pad electrode(141) has a uneven shape.
