The system has electronic cards (4, 7, 8) controlling photoemitters (10) e.g. LEDs, in measurement pits. The photoemitter of wavelength in a band of 340 to 365 nm measures absorbance of reagents containing nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide. The photoemitter of wavelength centered to 280 nm measures total polyphenol index. The photoemitter of wavelength centered towards 420 nm measures acidity or sulfur dioxide. The photoemitter of wavelength centered towards 580 nm measures free sulfur dioxide. The photoemitter of wavelength centered in a near infra-red measures turbidity and nephelometry.
