METHOD, TERMINAL AND RECORDING MEDIUM FOR SUPPORTING VIRTUAL KEY ON TOUCH SCREEN

PURPOSE: A method supporting a virtual key in a touch screen, and a terminal and a recording medium thereof are provided to use an exclusive application for a keypad in a touch based terminal without a keypad by supporting virtual keys in the touch screen. CONSTITUTION: A virtual key display unit(110) displays a virtual key in a touch screen corresponding to a virtual key executing request. A touch event sensor(120) recognizes a touch event through the virtual key. An event converter(130) converts the touch event to a keypad event. The virtual key display unit receives the virtual key execution request according to an execution request of a user or execution of a keypad-only application and displays the virtual key.
