PURPOSE: A system and a method for delivering documents to participants of workflow events or tasks are provided to deliver an electrically converted document to destinations or other participants related to an event or a work in a workflow. CONSTITUTION: At least one server(106a-106d) includes information items, and the information items contain the information on the participants corresponding to information items. At least one document device(102) has a user interface for the display of input of the participants. The document device converts a physical document into an electronic document, and transmits the electronic document to other participants through the user interface. |
