PURPOSE: A head lamp mounting assembly of a vehicle is provided to absorb the shock due to the collision between a pedestrian and a head lamp by installing a piston and a cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A housing(10) is installed in the front side of a vehicle. A head lamp(20) is installed in the housing. A piston(30) combines one end with the back side of the housing. A pressing part is formed on the other end. A cylinder(40) includes the pressing part, and varies the internal pressure according to the movement of a piston. A fixing member(50) connects one end of the cylinder to the chassis panel.
