A HIGH VISCOUS BULK RESIN BLOCK, INFUSION APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING COMPOSITES OF USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A high-viscous bulk resin block, a high-viscous bulk resin block injecting apparatus, and a composite material manufacturing method using the same are provided to improve productivity by preventing a lowering of resin fluidity due to the suction of a work table and a vacuum bag when the inside of the vacuum bag is vacuumized. CONSTITUTION: A high-viscous bulk resin block injecting apparatus(100) comprises a work table(110), a vacuum bag(120), a vacuum pump(130), a heating device(140), and an attachment preventing unit(150). The vacuum bag forms a closed space on the upper side of the work table. The vacuum pump selectively creates the vacuum atmosphere inside the vacuum bag and forces the flow of the low viscosity resin. The heating device heats the inside of the vacuum bag. The attachment preventing unit keeps the constant shape inside the vacuum bag and limits the contact between the vacuum bag and the work table.
