IMPROVEMENT OF PRETREATING AND PAINTING METHOD ABOUT PANELS FOR TRANSFORMER TANK

PURPOSE: A panel preprocessing and coating method for a transformer tank is provided to prevent the corrosion from generating by forming a thick coating layer on the edge of a cross section of a panel for the transformer tank. CONSTITUTION: A panel preprocessing and coating method for a transformer tank comprises the following: forming a panel for the transformer tank by cutting and bending a galvanized sheet; parkerizing the surface of the panel before heating and drying; powder coating the dried panel using pulverized body paint PX4324; and heat-drying the panel for 10~15 minutes at 180 deg C. The powder coating step using the PX4324 is capable of coating the corners of the panel by the static electricity principle.
