PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing liquid phase cell preserving agent is provided to maintain alcohol concentration and to suppress cell denaturation and bacterial proliferation. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing liquid phase cell preserving agent comprises: a step of mixing 50% of alcohol, 5% of polyethylene glycol, 0.5M EDTA, 1X SSC, and sterilized distilled water to obtain a cell preserving solution; and a step of injecting the cell preserving solution in 0.5 ml of an airtight container. A method for testing cells using the preserving agent comprises: a step of collecting a sample in a preserving container; a step of moving the sample to a testing room; a step of smearing/fixing the sample on a slide; and a step of dyeing the fixed sample and producing microscope-readable sample slide. |
