The present invention refers to a humid device for collecting polluting gases and particles. The invention is applied to the industrial sector, referring to the reduction of atmospheric pollution, which is applied directly to industrial stacks as fixed sources. The inventive device is intended to wash the polluted air using bubbles formed by a biodegradable aqueous source for obtaining the following characteristics: an increase in the contact area, the generation of a dynamic flow and a bubble-particle-gas inertial impact, a reduction in the amount of washing liquid amongst others, for ensuring the efficiency increase in the removal of particles and gases, and reducing the power consumption of the system. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an effective humid device for collecting particles and gases, which is totally different from those currently available on the market, since it has a novel design that uses bubbles, where the integration of the characteristics thereo f turns the invention into a device highly competitive with regard to other humid collectors.
