<p>The device (11) has locking rods (15, 17) connected to a rack support (25) slidingly mounted inside an elongated cylindrical case (13) that includes a rack support (27). Each support carries corresponding rack sections (31, 33) with a tooth having an actuating pinion (35). The pinion is connected to rotary control units such as cylindrical safety barrel or rotary knob. The tooth of articulated section is extended on a curve portion of a free end of the section to pivot the section at a stroke end and to buttress the section for permitting irreversibility of movement of the rod.</p> |
