The rotor has an electric winding arranged in a space between two polar wheels (20, 22). Front and rear transversal surfaces (70, 71) are formed on the polar wheels, where the transversal surfaces are flat and perpendicular to a longitudinal axis (X). Each transversal surface defines an external radial circumference (73). Two fans (54, 56) are provided with blades (58) and supports (74) on which the blades are connected. The supports are arranged on the transversal surface of the one of the polar wheels so as to be entirely located inside an external circumference of the transverse surface.
