PURPOSE: A tapping tee for preventing gas leakage is provided to prevent gas from being leaked to the outside of the perforated pipe during a perforating process by attaching the outer circumference of a perforating handle with the first O-ring of the airtight bushing of a perforated pipe. CONSTITUTION: A tapping tee(100) for preventing gas leakage comprises a main body(110), a welding part(130), and a perforating part(150). The perforating handle for the perforation of a main pipe(M) is inserted into the main body. The main body is connected to a branch pipe(T). The branch pipe guides the gas flowing in the main pipe to a building. The welding part thermally welds the main body with the main pipe. The perforating part is connected to the perforating handle inserted to the main body. The perforating handle prevents the gas flowing in the main pipe from being leaked to the outside. The perforating handle bores the main pipe.
