PURPOSE: A steel ring segment fixing apparatus for a turbine rotor is provided to improve machining accuracy by enabling machining work after steel ring segments are securely fixed. CONSTITUTION: A steel ring segment fixing apparatus for a turbine rotor comprises a base(10), a lower bed(20), an upper bed(30), and a fixing vice. The base is fixed to a work table. A support wall(11) is vertically integrated with the upper side of the base. The lower bed is rotatably connected to a hinge shaft(21) in the upper support wall of the base. The upper bed is fixed at the upper part of the lower bed. The fixing vice has a pressing tool(51) and a regulating handle(52). The pressing tool slides and presses the stealing product. The control handle moves the pressing tool. |
