PURPOSE: A chain pin replacing device for a continuous ship unloader is provided to enable an operator easily to divide a chain pin by removing the transverse force of a chain through raising a work table. CONSTITUTION: A chain pin replacing device for a continuous ship unloader comprises a work table(50), a supporting column(55), a lower jig(51), an upper jig(52), a jig regulating cylinder(53), and a lifting part. A chain to replace a pin thereof is mounted on a work table. The supporting column is vertically installed and supports the vertical movement of the work table. The bottom jig is fixed to the upper surface of the work table. The upper jig moves up and down on the upper part to fix the chain with the lower jig. The jig regulating cylinder controls the height of the upper jig. The elevating unit elevates the work table along the supporting column. |
