PURPOSE: A method for forming a full color image and a full color image light transmission glass cover thereof are provided to prevent the contour of a lamp from being exposed by diffusing the light of the lamp through a glass plate. CONSTITUTION: A glass plate(14) is washed and dried after being cut to a size suitable for a lighting device. A minute uneven surface(11) is formed in one side of the glass plate with a sandblast method. A transparent paint coating layer(12) is formed in the other side of the glass plate with the printing, the brushing, the roller coating or the spraying. A full color image(13) is formed on the transparency paint coating layer by spraying paints containing a solvent.
