PURPOSE: A heat exchanger device for a ventilating duct is provided by dividing a square plate body forming a heat exchanger device into a plurality of sections, forming a channel passage on the top of the plate body in one direction and forming a channel passage at the bottom in the other direction. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger device for a ventilating duct is composed of a square plate body(10). Two lines(12,12') upwardly protruded from the surface of the square plate body are respectively formed on the opposite sides of the square plate body, a groove line(13) is formed between the two protruded lines and a line(14) downwardly protruded from the surface of the square plate body is formed on the opposite sides of the other side of the square plate body. A large square part with a fixed width and a central small square part are formed on the front side of the square plate body and a large section, a medium section, and a small section of square are divided by the front side and each part of the square plate body. A upward wave-form wall(16a) is formed on the large section and the small section and a downward wave-form wall(16b) is formed on the medium section.
