PURPOSE: A sensor circuit is provided to significantly contribute to the activation of industrialization and the measuring instrument of a bioelectric signal by using a non-contact bioelectric signal measuring method instead of a contact bioelectric signal measuring method. CONSTITUTION: A first amplification unit(106) outputs a measuring signal by amplifying it. A first current generator(120) provides a current which flows to the self input resistance(Ri) of the first amplification unit. A second current source(130) provides a current which flows to the self input capacitance(Ci) of the first amplification unit. A bias current source reduces the DE offset voltage which appears in the output of the first amplification unit. A measuring current is combined with a measurement target with a generated electric potential. A coupling capacitor(112) is serially connected between a measuring electrode and an input terminal. A guard unit is maintained with the measuring signal.
