PURPOSE: A titer plate mixer is provided to partially offset the magnetic force of an electromagnet generated by supplying the electricity to the electromagnet with the magnetic force of a permanent magnet for easily move a moving platform. CONSTITUTION: A titer plate mixer comprises the following: a driving device supported by a supporting unit while moving a moving platform with a titer plate including a well; a central magnet(1) formed with permanent magnets and installed on the driving device in circumferential; multiple peripheral magnets(2) formed with the permanent magnets; and multiple electromagnets(3) increasing or decreasing the magnetic force between the magnets by interfering the central magnet and the peripheral magnets, while being formed with coils surrounding the peripheral magnets.
