PURPOSE: A duct connection apparatus is provided to minimize the noise between rooms and at the same time to maintain air flow by forming a receiving recess in an upper case and a lower case and installing a soundproofing material in the receiving recess. CONSTITUTION: A duct connection apparatus comprises an upper case(120), a lower case(160), and a fixing holder. The upper case comprises an upper duct receiving part(124), and an upper flange(122). The upper duct receiving part receives the upper parts of a plurality of ducts. The upper flange is extended from the bottom of the upper duct receiving part to outside. The lower case comprises a lower duct receiving part(164), and a lower flange(162). The lower duct receiving part receives the lower parts of the ducts. The lower flange is extended from the top end of the lower duct receiving part to outside. The fixing holder is supplied along the upper and lower flanges and fixes the upper and lower flanges together.
