PURPOSE: A method for testing a printer using a damaged type of financial contract information is provided to test the performance of a printer by collecting and standardizing damaged information. A medium, including the MS in which each state information is reflected, is manufactured(S802). A finance printer is tested by using the medium(S803). The medium for a financial transaction is a bankbook including the MS.
