PREPARATION METHOD OF METAL/CERAMIC COMPOSITE MEMBRANE WITH HIGH HYDROTHERMAL STABILITY

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a metal/ceramics composite film is provided to reduce manufacturing time and manufacturing costs, and to strengthened hydrothermal stability while maintaining a pore size and pore volume of the composite film. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a metal/ceramics composite film comprises the following steps; the metal/ceramics composite film in which non metallic oxide is coated and hydrophilized; drying the hydrated composite film in 200 ~ 400 °C for 30 ~ 2 minutes; making chemical bond with a titanium precursor on the surface of metal or non metallic oxide; washing the residual titanium precursor solution within the composite film in which the titanium precursor is combined by the alcohol; and forming a titanium oxide layer. The metal or the non metallic oxide is silica, alumina, and ceria or zirconia.
