<p>PURPOSE: A portable terminal and a control method thereof are provided to transfer touch information to another user by varying the size of a character by sensing pressure or giving a touch effect to a receiving side portable terminal when a user applies a handwriting input on a touch screen. CONSTITUTION: A touch screen recognizes pressure applied for the input of a handwriting input character and the handwriting input character. A controller(180) generates a packet, including the handwriting input character and pressure information, and transmits the packet to a receiving side portable terminal through a wireless communication module(110). The pressure information is an average value of the pressure applied for writing each handwriting input character.</p> |
