PURPOSE: An electronic vending machine for charging an electric vehicle using wireless and wired electronic payment system and a charging payment method thereof are provided to contribute to environment protection by preventing contamination of environment. CONSTITUTION: An electricity conversion part changes the alternating electricity supplied from the outside into a direct current for charging a battery of an electric vehicle. A charging connection unit(111) electrically interlinks the electricity conversion part and the battery of the electric vehicle. An input part is inputted with the user authorization information and the charging request information.
