PURPOSE: An LCD device is provided to directly mount a gate driver inside of a TFT(Thin Film Transistor) array substrate, thereby reducing a cost and a process. CONSTITUTION: An array substrate(110) is classified into an active area and a GIP(Gate In Panel) circuit part. A color filter substrate(105) faces against the array substrate. A color filter(107) comprises a RGB(Red, Green and Blue) sub color filters(107a,107b,107c). A gap spacer(105a) is formed in the active area to keep a cell gap between the color filter substrate and the array substrate. A GIP column spacer(250a) is formed on a dummy color filter pattern(207a) of the GIP circuit part.
