PURPOSE: A fireproof screen with an emergency exit is provided to block flame, smoke and poisonous gas etc from fire outbreak region, and to facilitates refuge of refugee. CONSTITUTION: A fireproof screen with emergency exit comprises: a first screen(130) which is ascended and descended along the one-side wall of an installation place, is arranged in the inner side of an installation place; a second screen(150) which is partially overlapped with the first screen, is ascended and descended along other-wall facing the one-side wall, and is arranged in the outside of the installation place; a first rotary motion plate combined with the bottom of a first screen; a second rotary motion plate combined with the bottom of a second screen; a supporting plate arranged in the lower of a second rotary motion plate and a first rotary motion plate; a hinge shaft inclining to a second rotary motion plate; a first hinge combining a supporting plate and a first rotary motion plate; a hinge shaft inclining to a first rotary motion plate; a second hinge combining a supporting plate and a second rotary motion plate; a fastening slate projected from a rotary edge of a first rotary motion plate; a bond ring combined with a second rotary motion plate.
