PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cost-reduced piezoelectric vibrator.

SOLUTION: The piezoelectric device 100 includes: a base 20 having a recess 22 on a first surface and having a through-hole TH pierced through a second surface which is the opposite side of the recess 22; a mount electrode 24 on which a piezoelectric vibration chip 30 is mounted; a sealing electrode 28 for sealing the through-hole; an external electrode 26 formed on the second surface; and a lid 10 joined with the base. The mount electrode 24, the sealing electrode 28 and the external electrode 26 are integrally formed.
