<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin and uniform surface lighting system of high light using efficiency free from irregular brightness, and a liquid crystal display using the same. <P>SOLUTION: A position of reflecting a parallel illumination light is shifted to form a scanning light, by arranging a plurality of deflection mirrors shifted in position with respect to an advancing direction of the parallel illumination light, and by switching the deflection mirrors with movement along a direction different from the advancing direction of the parallel illumination light, and the scanning light is made incident into a light guide panel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
