<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor lighting system capable of enhancing a presentation effect by indoor illumination. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The indoor lighting system 1 is mounted to a ceiling surface C, and has a light source (bulb 2); a housing 3 surrounding the light source; a turning shade 4 having a lower light transmission part 13 and a side light transmission part 14 and turnable relative to the housing; and a fixed shade 5 having a lower light transmission part 16 and side light transmission parts 17, 18 and fixed to the housing. By the turning operation of the turning shade, a first illumination state P that the lower light transmission part of the turning shade and the lower light transmission part of the fixed shade are superposed and a second illumination state Q that the lower light transmission part of the turning shade and the lower light transmission part of the fixed shade are closed can be switched.
