PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify constitution by decreasing the number of parts of a disk sorter. SOLUTION: A plurality of sheets of sorter tray 28 are obliquely arranged at a sorter frame 85, to constitute a sorter 51. A rear end part of the sorter 28 is freely rotatably attached to the sorter frame 85. A movable shooter 52 is attached to a side positioned at a rear end of the sorter tray 28 so as to freely elevate and lower by a guide bar 100. A catch 111 is attached to a bottom plane of a holding arm 40. A catch receiving plane 112 is formed on a movable shooter 52 at a position corresponding to the catch 111. When the holding arm 40 is located at a disk holding releasing position, the catch 111 and the catch receiving plane 112 are restrained. When the holding arm 40 is elevated, the movable shooter 52 is elevated by restraint of the catch 111 and the catch receiving plane 112. By this elevation, the movable shooter 52 can be positioned at a position corresponding to the sorter tray 28. The elevating and lowering mechanism of the movable shooter 52 becomes useless.
