PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray for a flexible printed wiring board, from which the flexible printed wiring board is taken out without being damaged. SOLUTION: The storage tray 1 for a flexible printed wiring board includes: a body 2 having a storage space 5 for a flexible printed wiring board; and a lid 3 that can tightly closes the storage space so as to cover an opening formed in the top of the body. The body or/and the lid have vent forming means 10a and 10b for forming vents 11a and 11b communicating with the storage space when the flexible printed wiring board is taken out.
