PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a displacement body of a binding device wherein binding prongs are configured to be easily opened and closed so as to facilitate replacement of leaves. SOLUTION: The displacement body of the binding device for displacing the binding prongs of the binding device, includes a plurality of binding prong parts 12 and a connection part 14 connecting the binding prong parts. The binding prongs forming the binding prong parts are protrudedly set from the connection part with appropriate spaces in the longitudinal direction of the connection part. A plurality of binding prongs of one facing side among the binding prongs 20, 30 are constituted to be simultaneously displaced to the longitudinal direction of the connection part, and unlocked from locking parts 22, 32 of the other side facing plurality of binding prongs. The displacement body includes through-holes 112 fit into at least one side binding prongs, the binding prongs 20, 30 are inserted into the through-holes 112 and displacing the binding prongs toward the longitudinal direction of the connection part, to displace the relative position of one side binding prongs to the other side binding prongs, and to unlock the locking parts 22, 32.
