PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple, inexpensive, and highly durable clamp metal fitting for clamping a steel frame flange without a fastening bolt becoming loose. SOLUTION: This clamp metal fitting includes a substantially U-shaped body frame 1 having a supporting part piece 1b and a clamping part piece 1c relatively provided on both sides of a base part piece 1a, and the fastening bolt 2 supported by being screwed to the supporting part piece 1b of the body frame 1 for clamping the steel frame flange b along with the clamping part piece 1c. The body frame 1 is composed of a hollow body made by press-forming a steel plate. A contact edge with the flange is provided on a face of the clamping part piece 1c of the body frame 1 opposing the flange b having an inclination gradually separating from the flange b from a tip end of the opposing face toward the base end on the base part piece 1a side.
