PURPOSE: A planar heating element is provided to secure sufficient conductivity of a heating element by directly bonding the copper foil with the heating element. CONSTITUTION: A planar heating element includes a heating element(201), a copper foil(204), and a sealing material(205). The heating element includes carbon elements. The copper foil is directly contacted with the heating material. The sealing material seals the heating element and the copper foil. The sealing material includes a first sealing material and a second sealing material. The copper foil and the heating element are loaded on the first sealing material. The second sealing material covers the heating element. The first sealing material and the second sealing material are conductive adhesives. |
