<p>To provide a living body observation apparatus for observing a tumor tissue or the like existing at the deep part of a living body apart from the inner wall of a body cavity. A living body observation apparatus (1) comprises an insertion part (2) which has a small diameter tip part (2a) to be inserted into the body of a specimen (A) of mammalian or the like and emits a linear laser beam (L) in the radial direction from the tip part (2a), and an imaging part (17) which is disposed outside the body of the specimen (A) and photographs the fluorescence generated from the specimen (A) by the laser beam (L) emitted from the insertion part (2). The insertion part (2) has a scanning part (8) for scanning the laser beam (L) in the circumferential direction.</p> |
