INFORMATION SEARCH DEVICE, INFORMATION SEARCH METHOD, AND RECORDING MEDIUM

It is possible to improve the search efficiency when searching for a target content from a plurality of contents classified by hierarchized categories.  An information search device (1) includes: a content storage unit (10) which stores a plurality of contents classified by the hierarchized categories, a plurality of keywords expressing attributes of the respective contents, and the plurality of hierarchized categories; a search unit (20) which receives an input of a search keyword and searches for a content having the search keyword; a keyword study unit (31) which extracts the keyword corresponding to the searched content and studies the category to which the extracted keyword belongs and the hierarchy of the category; and a common keyword extraction unit (32) which extracts as a common keyword, a keyword belonging to a plurality of categories existing in the same hierarchy from the extracted keywords in accordance with the study result obtained by the keyword study unit (31).
