PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroacoustic transducer and electroacoustic transducing system, capable of coping with large amplitudes without causing reduction in the efficiency. SOLUTION: An electroacoustic transducer includes a magnetic circuit which is constituted of a magnet and a magnetic substance and includes a magnetic gap; a coil bobbin which is disposed in the magnetic gap and connected to a diaphragm; a plurality of voice coils 150a-150c wound at positions that differ in the axial direction on the coil bobbin; and switching circuits 201, 210 for supplying drive signals to a voice coil, with which the largest number of winding wires are included in the magnetic gap, among the plurality of voice coils.
