PURPOSE: An empty cartridge receiver capable of the opening and closing of a cartridge chamber is provided to open a cartridge chamber without separating the empty cartridge receiver. CONSTITUTION: An empty cartridge receiver capable of the opening and closing of a cartridge chamber comprises a frame(10) and an cartridge chamber(40). The frame is included of fixed and movable frames(20,30). The fixed frame is detachably combined in the cartridge chamber of the rifle. The cartridge chamber is combined with the movable frame. One side of backward and forward of the movable frame is hinge - connected to the fixed frame. The movable frame is rotated in the traverse direction to open the cartridge chamber. The cartridge chamber has a cartridge collecting hole(41) and an empty cartridge outlet(42). The cartridge return port is communicated with the cartridge chamber of the rifle. The empty cartridge port collects the cartridge.
