PURPOSE: A cylinder block assembly with a wet liner is provided to prevent cavitation by forming a coated layer coated with chrome or nickel on the outer surface of a liner. CONSTITUTION: A cylinder block assembly with a wet liner comprises a liner(200). The liner has a flange(210) and a coated layer(400). The flange is placed on a cylinder block(100) and is formed on the top of the liner. The coated layer is formed on the outer surface of the linear which is in contact with a cooling water passage(300). A ring(500) is installed between the outer surface of the linear, in which the coated layer is not formed, and the cylinder block.
