PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cool circuit devices, and to efficiently discharge a refrigerant raised in temperature by the circuit devices.

SOLUTION: An electronic unit (E) includes: a plate type circuit board (2) that has a device mounting surface (2a) mounted with circuit devices (6 to 31) and that is supported in a condition where the device mounting surface (2a) is arranged in a direction of gravity; an opposed member (3) that is disposed in opposition to the circuit board (2) so that a passage space through which a refrigerant for cooling the circuit devices (6 to 31) passes is formed between the opposed member and the device mounting surface (2a); an exhaust unit (51) that is disposed in opposition to the circuit devices (6 to 31) disposed on the circuit board (2a) and that exhausts the refrigerant having passed through the passage space (53); and a protruding member (51) that is provided in an upper portion of the exhaust unit (51) in the direction of gravity and that protrudes from the opposed member (3) toward the circuit devices.
