PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conference host side terminal apparatus capable of always obtaining sufficient results in conference holding.

SOLUTION: A conference holding information analysis apparatus 24 includes: an HDD 112 for previously storing keywords having high contribution degrees to results of a conference; a control unit 100 for transmitting a mail including an instruction for requesting the transmission of scheduled attendance inputted data to which conference holding information indicating degrees of interest and recognition of each scheduled attendance to the contents of the conference and a degree of preparation of the scheduled attendance to the conference is inputted to a conference holding information analysis apparatus 24 to a conference holding information answer apparatus; an NIC 118 for receiving a mail including the scheduled attendance inputted data to which the conference holding information is inputted by each scheduled attendance from the conference holding information answer apparatus; and the control unit 100 for extracting the keyword from the conference holding information and determining whether the conference is to be held or not based on the number of extracted keywords.
