<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic transaction apparatus and an automatic transaction system which contribute to prevention of billing fraud. <P>SOLUTION: When a radio wave of a cellular phone is detected (step 308) during transfer operation to an ATM (step 302), the transfer processing is stopped (step 309), and only when a release command is input by a bank clerk or the like (step 311), the transfer processing is continued (step 315). Consequently, transfer processing is prevented from being completed only by judgment of a person who operates the ATM (a person who may be scammed) while talking on the mobile phone, thereby suppressing billing fraud. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
