<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker having high oxidation resistance and the like, and capable of preventing degradation of accuracy in detecting manipulated input. <P>SOLUTION: A top plate 16 has an operating section 30 to which user's hand and fingers approach for input operation. The operating section 30 comprises a first conductive body 30a, and a second conductive body 30b disposed at a lower face side of the first conductive body 30a and opposed to the first conductive body 30a across an electric insulation layer 42.
